Dressing the farmswith colorCarnival

Carnival is celebrated for many years and in many places. It is not particularly celebrated in Urretxu, but there has always been music, dance, and people in disguise. In Urretxu there are many villagers who live on farms a little further from the village. A few years ago, the dancers of Lurra Dantza Taldea decided to take the prunes to the farms, so every year we learn carnival dances from different villages in the Basque Country, disguise them, and in the morning we go from farm to village dancing. Farmers are happy to open our doors, and to thank them, they give us different products, nuts, apples, cheese… So that the farms that have given so much to the Basque Country will never be forgotten.
